The new ND Miata will get me such a nice NC

The new ND is lovely, and I can't afford it.

But all over the USA there are owners of low-miles, nicely-maintained, paid-off NCs who are looking at those publicity shots of the new ND and thinking, o my that's attractive and the new car feel has worn off my '07 or '08 or '09 MX-5 and I wonder how it handles, and a bunch of them are going to go down to their local dealership and look it over and go for a test drive, and now they're thinking I can afford this, and then the dealership guy will offer them an insultingly low trade-in offer and they'll be thinking o screw that those sharks'll resell it immediately for a $5000 markup and I bet I can get $1000 or $2000 more selling it as a private owner on craiglist or ebay or autotrader.

Right there is where I come in. I want a red one. Ooh yeah.

I think I'd rather have an earlier, lighter and cheaper NA Miata and modify it.

I was thinking the same thing. Keep my NA for Track and autocross and buy a PRHT NC for a daily.
